The Caregiver Sanctuary is a free membership community created to support caregivers of loved ones living with dementia. As we prepare to launch new offerings—including support groups, wellness grants, and community-based respite—you can be among the first to learn more and get involved.

Caregiving is hard, but you don’t have to do it alone. Our Virtual Support Group is a safe, welcoming space where caregivers of loved ones with dementia can connect, share, and be supported.
We meet weekly on Wednesdays from 5–6 PM CST via Google Meet. Sessions are Alzheimer’s Association-certified, and designed to provide connection, encouragement, and practical tips in a judgment-free space.

Caregivers deserve care too. Our Wellness Grants provide eligible members with stipends to support their self-care—whether it’s a massage, counseling session, gym membership, or peaceful staycation.
Caregiver Sanctuary members are eligible to apply. Each grant is personalized based on your wellness needs and comes with a small care package to help you feel restored.

These unique events offer programming for both the caregiver and their loved one living with dementia, in the same space. While caregivers enjoy wellness activities, connection, and a chance to recharge, their loved ones are safely engaged in nearby respite care tailored to their needs.
Events are held in trusted community spaces like libraries, churches and other trusted neighborhood venues.
Caregiver Sanctuary members receive priority booking for respite and caregiver sessions.
